All our staff are highly trained experienced professionals and licensed to practice via the Security Industry Authority which is a requirement by law within England and Wales. The procedure to obtain a license includes identity and criminal record checks and the minimum required training credits before any license is issued. All officers employed by Shadow Security Solutions Ltd are checked for criminal records every year and receive continuous training throughout their career. We also conduct mental health tests to ensure all our staff are safe and fit for duty.
